I dropped my Jeep off at 1:00 on Tuesday. I was told you would give me a call as soon as it was done. Great! Very appreciated. Wednesday I called about 12:30 to see how progress was coming along. You had not started on my Jeep. Again I was told I would be called as soon as it had been completed. I heard nothing throughout the afternoon and called again at 5:05. My Jeep was finished and ready for me to pick up. My vehicle was in for a simple oil change, and I was told repeatedly that I would be called. Follow through is an indicator of professionalism and respect.
We’ve been taking our vehicles to Maplewood for over 10 years. They are prompt to diagnose our high mileage vehicles and are quick to get us back on the road soon after. It’s also been helpful to use one of their loaner vehicles when we have larger repairs.
