They checked my engine because there was a time jump. They made sure it was not able to be rebuilt and they were completely honest with me on how much a rebuilt one and a new engine would cost me. They were also very honest with what I should do with my vehicle because there were other issues going on.

As they always are their mechanics were able to complete the job in one day. Rarely does it require more than that. Called me in a courteous manner with a quote before any work was done. Excellent work as always

Maplewood came highly recommended to me from my father-in-law, a long-time customer, as I’m new to the area and wanted them to work on my recently-purchased USED Ford F-150. Maplewood called to inform me that the frame was rusted through and about to collapse, so they weren’t going to waste my money doing any of the repairs. I had already taken it to the local Ford dealership and another mechanic for other things recently, and neither one mentioned the dangerous frame. I’m thankful the experienced technician at Maplewood objectively valued my safety.

Always extremely kind, thorough, and honest in their work! They always work hard to finish the job quickly so I can have my car back on time. Even when their schedule is booked, they have gotten me in the same-day on several occasions. I appreciate them!
