I had an unpleasant surprise (well actually a couple) with a vehicle and the staff told me what exactly was going on and why it was happening. They were flexible in letting me have a few days to think about fixing the issue. I have lots of questions of course if I’m going to be spending lots of money to fix something; Jason and John willingly answered all of them and took their time in doing so. You buy used cars like I do and it isn’t always cheap to fix them properly. The staff here will fix the issues properly and take their time in doing so. My family and I have had countless used vehicles in here that have stayed on the road for quite some time. My future vehicle needs I’m definitely trusting these guys with a pre-purchase inspection.
