I believe the charges were ridiculous relative to the work that was completed. First the $160 to analysis the failure is way too high and you don’t provide any credit of that $160 if I get the work done at your shop. Next, you charged $300 for spark plugs that costed you no more than $120. 3X the cost for parts is just robbery. You should be embarrassed to charging 3X the part cost. Then, I finally received a call at 3pm stating the issue was the spark plugs and the plugs were being delivered soon and the vehicle would be completed by close. Therefore, it took you less than 2 hours to replace spark plugs that costed $192 in labor. If I wanted to pay that rate for labor, I might as well go to the dealership for repairs. I have been coming to your shop at least 30 years and I am not sure if I will ever return. I will definitely shop around for my next vehicle repair(s). Plus, I will let my friends know about my latest negative experience with your shop.
