Compared to the dealership where I bought my Toyota Prius in Washington, DC area, as well as other shops in the Michigan area, these guys are the best. So helpful, they give you information that they know you’re going to need before you know you will. My first experience I went there to ask them how to get my car hood up so I could refill the windshield wiper fluid. They did it for free for me, since I had a gallon of wiper fluid with me. Plus they have experienced people who’ve worked with dealerships like Toyota, and know exactly what to do for my hybrid car. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I so highly recommend them!

Elizabeth is awesome! We were having issues with our vehicle and took it several other places and spent a bunch of money on it for the issue to not be fixed. We finally were sent to Maplewood and Elizabeth was great at keeping me informed on my vehicle status, prepping me for the cost up front, then updating me on changes. The text I got with the potential work to be done was so nice, included photos and a detailed description of the work to be done with the cost. From there I was able to select the services I wanted to take care of and get a final total. It was so easy and convenient. They were all so personable and helpful. I will be returning.
