I've been going to Maplewood for at least a decade now, and the staff have always been super friendly and knowledgeable. And they're not in the habit of trying to sell you on every conceivable tweak/repair. They're very straightforward about the nature of any possible repair/maintenance work and how vital any such job may be. I'll gladly keep bringing my vehicle here for many years to come!

They did a thorough analysis of the problem, which was not obvious and required some really solid investigating to figure it out. Then they were able to prioritize the multiple contributors and recommended what needed to be done right away and what could be done at a later date. This helped keep a potentially large repair bill manageable which was really helpful. Ultimately they got the car back on the road quickly and with high quality work that fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. I have been trusting MAI with our vehicles for many years and it’s nice to have a shop I can trust and rely on. I would definitely recommend them.
