Very accommodating. I brought my truck in, thinking I had changed my initial appointment from Aug 3rd to July 29th, but I was incorrect, as I was going out of town, and wanted to get work completed while I was gone. Jon said it'd be a couple days, but had an estimate the next day, ans completed that following day. And they are honest in what needs to be done, and charge you for just that. I live in Portage, but drive to Holland to get my major stuff done. Thanks for working with me.

Patiently dealt with call lines to work with my warranty company, Elizabeth kept me updated near daily on any and all updates and sometimes even if there was no news just to make sure I was up to date with everything involved.

Took great care of my lack of A/C in midst of "heat dome" and horrible wildfire smoke. What amazing and considerate professionals. Cannot recommend more highly.

Noticed a small puddle under the front of my car after hitting a hole and decided to take it in just to be sure everything was good. Everyone we talked to was very nice and they were able to look at my car immediately. After a thorough inspection, and fixing some body damage from the incident to prevent further damage, they were able to verify that my car was safe to drive and took the time to show us what will need to be fixed at a body shop later. This visit provided us immense peace of mind, especially because we are from out of town and have a long drive to get back home. We stumbled across a gem when we needed it most, and we are so grateful for everyone at Maplewood Auto!
