These words come to mind when thinking about Maplewood Auto. HONEST: I trust what they tell me. They let me know what needs to be done now, and what can wait a little longer to help the wallet. I used to double check their quotes/estimates but it was a waste of time. They're very upfront. COMMUNICATIVE: They call and let you know what's happening each step of the way if you ask them to. They give you accurate estimates and let you know when you can expect to have your car back. FRIENDLY: The staff are all incredibly kind. They have selected their front desk personnel with the same care they select their mechanics and I always feel comfortable asking questions. Do note--they're very busy due to the great business they run, so plan ahead when possible!
