Jeanne said the business' employees have been very great to her when she has been there. They are always nice. They got her a loaner vehicle. They got her in as quickly as possible for her transmission flush. Joe and the staff have just been very honest, and she trusts them.
Brian said the staff were so busy, that everything got pushed back.
