I have been using Maplewood Auto since a friend referred me about five years ago. I drive hybrid vehicles exclusively and they have been amazing to work with! As a single woman with no car expertise, I always feel respected and valued. They take time to educate me and have always given me honest advice about priorities, costs, and safety needs. The very first time I used them, I couldn't pick up my car in time to pay them and they trusted me to return at a later date to pay! That kind of trust is unheard of in the car repair business! And their prices are great values! Very great practices during Covid to keep their employees and clients safe. They've helped me make decisions and have kept my 15 year old Prius running wonderfully even with 230,000 miles; I believe they'll keep it going to many more! I've tried several other repair shops in Holland over the past 30 years, but I'll never go anywhere but Maplewood now. I can't tell you how strongly I recommend them.

I trust them for knowledge and quality service. Wouldn't go anywhete else!

I really appreciate Maplewood. They always take time to clearly educate me (as I don’t know much about cars) and really are very truthful about what repairs are truly necessary and those that are more preventative. Their prices are very reasonable. With Covid, I feel very safe with their practices and hospitality. I trust them with hybrid engines.

We stopped in without an appointment to see if we could get a headlight changed. They were very cooperative and changed it right outside where the car sat. We sat in the shade on your chairs outside. We had barely relaxed when the car was ready to go.

Martha said the business always takes good care of her vehicle. She recently had all the routine maintenance completed and they are the best there is. She does appreciate everything they do for her and so always a recommendation to others.

I know I value a business when I consistently send my friends and acquaintances there. I have been sending people to MAI for years and years. You never disappoint!
