My wife and I have been going to Mapplewood Auto for vehicle maintenance and repair for 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. We started getting our oil changed there and buying tires from there a few years ago as well. I haven't priced them out against the oil change places recently, but we made that switch because the price was comparable and it allows for them to keep an eye on things for us. We trust them not to 'fix what ain't broke', so when they make a comment that something is leaking or should be replaced, we are grateful that it is caught on time before a vehicle potentially leaves us stranded. They also keep an eye on brake and tire wear and can rotate our tires for us when its needed. Don't quote me on this, but because we get our oil changed and buy our tires from there, it's either a nominal charge or no charge when they do rotate our tires.

I was not surprised when a technician at MAI called to tell me my car was ready. That call is just one of the professional courtesies I can expect from MAI. I was surprised, however, when that call came a full 6 hours ahead of schedule. These guys always aim to please…and never miss.

I had tire leak on a Friday p.m. made a phone call, drove there, half hour later it was fixed and off I went. what more could you want?

Weve gone to Maplewood for years, although it had been several years. In my opinion, their communication & attention to detail has always been part of their advantage. No matter which staff member I work with, always personable & dependable.

The folks at Maplewood always do an excellent job of explaining what is happening with a vehicle. Their process of reviewing critical items and noting things to watch for the future is extremely helpful. Never feel like they are trying to take advantage or sell things that are needed. Myra said that her vehicle didn't start after she brought it home. When it did start, all the lights came on. This business put in a new battery, the vehicle goes now, but now she's having issues with the radio and the clock not working. She added she hopes someone will come and help her out from there. She's 89 years old and it's hard to get around. Otherwise, she has been very satisfied with the business.
