Fixed the burned out headlamp immediately (I know the shop is ultra busy, so this was greatly appreciated). Charged me for material only…$0 for labor! What a wonderful place. Simply put: “Great people”!
My troubles started with issues with my Jetta in November of this year. Every shop I called said they wouldn’t be able to help till January. Maplewood got me in within two weeks, had it diagnosed and fixed up within the same day ready for pickup. They communicated everything and kept me informed. Can’t recommend them enough!
Personal service by people I know. Perhaps not the cheapest but generally the friendliest.
