I was extremely happy with my service at Maplewood. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to sell me every little thing but they also did a great job of informing me of other issues I might have in the future. Overall, I felt respected and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars they did a great job of explaining everything.
The proprietor awarded me with a free oil change due to the inconvenience and misunderstanding on his part. Yea. Way to turn a less than positive experience into a good outcome with minimal cost to the proprietor.

Maplewood had replaced my clutch on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler 3 years back. Recently I was having clutch issues so I took it back to them.
